"Suffering is optional." There are aspects of life that are beyond our control, but we do have the ability to take ownership of our thoughts. Our personal freedom can be dramatically impacted by modifying our mindset, our internal dialogue, and our self-talk. Simply stated, we have the key to unlock our freedom.
